HOTEL POLICIES

Pets are not allowed in the Hotel.
All visitors of Sun Kiss Hotel’s guests must register at Reception before visiting the guest floors. Outside guests are not allowed to stay in guest’s room after 09:00 pm.
Please note that it is illegal in Vietnam for a Vietnamese to share a room with a foreign passport holder, unless they are married. A marriage certificate must be presented upon check-in.
Addicted drugs are not allowed in the Hotel.
Highly flammable articles or explosive are forbidden in the Hotel.
Cooking food is not allowed in guest’s room.
In consideration of our guests, Sun Kiss Hotel requests that guests follow several house rules. These include all of rooms are nonsmoking, smoking only in designated smoking areas, dressing appropriately in public areas and refraining from making loud noise.
Please note that all furniture, equipment in room will be placed as standard.
You will be responsible for any damaged items in room caused by your side.
